Calculate your ROI
To keep things lean always reflect if you think what you purchase will have a good return on investment ROI. With this service, you can do 2 calculations.
Paying Supporters
How much of your product/donations etc. do you need to get (If you already have a price idea) to get “back” your money. What you sell x Quantity = Revenue E.g. 100€ x 40 = 4,000€ In this example you would need to get >40 customers to already get a positive return of investment.
Time Saved
At the same time you not only will gain potential income, but you will save a lot of money & time. Because you want have to do all this research & mistakes that we did for you. Because your time never really comes for free. Your hourly salary x hours of research = Cost saved E.g. 50€ x 40h = 2,000€ So in this example one week of fulltime research would cost you 2,000€.
Based on what you see here and what we offer you can then better calculate if you think the ROI is good.
Doors of return
Jeff Bezos, Founder of Amazon, came up with a great concept to make faster decisions (don’t have to like him, but the concept is good). He says in life we always have 2 types of decisions, similar to 2 doors.
No return decisions/doors.
After you walk through the door, there is no turning back. Once you made the decision, you can’t undo it. For example, you tell your Boss you quit your job. Only a fraction of decisions are those.
Decisions/doors you can always walk back from.
Don’t like what you see on the other side? Lesson learned. Just walk back. Pretty much 95% decisions are those. Don’t like the colors of the new wall? Just repaint. Might will cost you something, but these are not decisions that should occupy you for hours/days/weeks.

Find the decision maker
Lastly, I realized sometimes I wasn’t actually the person who could make the decision. It was my co-founder, my board, my finance director, or my partner. Have a quick reflection: are you the full decision maker here, or does someone else need to sign off?

Fair. It IS an investment.
Here’s how to think about it:
If we help you land one €30k grant (like Mission to Marsh), that’s 10 months of our fee covered.
If we help you go from €2k/month to €10k/month revenue, that’s an extra €8k/month. Our fee pays for itself in month 1.
